Just Wow! Well Done Days Inn Berlin! It has been a long time coming in out travels that we were this satisfied. No issues, no complaints. The rooms were extremely clean and everything worked. The bath and shower were exceptional, plenty of linen provided. The outside pool was very clean and the grounds were well cut. They had plenty of relaxing chairs for the guest. I talked with the General manager for extra towels for the pool use and he was fantastic. Like I said before no issues, no complaints. I highly recommend this establishment. The price for the rooms was fitting. It also was very close to restaurants and malls. Less than 2 miles from Days Inn. Well Done all. Thank you for a GREAT STAY! Joe & Sonja B. From Chicopee

I had a great stay! The rooms are remodeled, extremely comfortable and clean! I got to meet the owner, Neel and he is absolutely amazing! Neel wanted to know not only how our stay at the hotel was, but how our stay in the area was. He is very kind and caring, you can tell he really takes pride in the hotel. One of the nicest owners of a hotel I've met! I highly recommend staying!!

I love it here is the BEST HOTEL ON THE TURNPIKE the guys that work here are awesome very polite, always have a smile on ,rooms are super clean now the pool is open . All around the best spot to go if you need a room or to just relax

Good hotel, great price, and even better staff. Neal and everyone there were always very nice and helpful. They are always busy improving the hotel, and their hard work shows. I stayed for an extended stay. If you need a place to get away for a night or extended time, and you are on a budget, stay here. Is it a 5 star hotel? No, but the staff works hard to make it as pleasant a stay as possible. Rooms are nice, and the beds are comfy. If I'm ever back in the area, I will definitely be staying here again.

This property was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The rooms were large and spacious. The towels were clean but very dinghy. Excellent price very economical. The staff was friendly. The hotel seems to be family owned and operated. Breakfast included cereal, fruit, juices and pastries.

My family and I have been staying at Days Inn Berlin for an extended period, and have had nothing but great customer service! The rooms look to be remodeled and kept very clean, there's a daily breakfast that is kept well stocked. Neel at the front desk is always kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

This was a great hotel. I stayed here on a business trip. The staff here was super friendly. The room was VERY affordable and clean. The only issue I had here was the fact that the fitness center was not 24 hours. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to town on business.

Absolutely pleasant stay here. Neel and his staff always go above and beyond to meet our needs. Rooms are always clean and well kept no strange or foul orders. The house keepers are extremely nice and helpful. breakfast in the am is a plus and always fresh. The property is nice has swing set and metal slide for the kids, pool as well. If your in the area this is the perfect place to safely rest your noggin.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient, rooms are very comfortable and relaxing. The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. GREAT spot and safe for family and kids to come stay , nice pool with a little park attached, Definitely recommended.
